Inventory Analyst

Responsibilities:
Daily Supporting

  • Reconcile disposition pending on Inventory
  • Check all materials receipts & issuance for finished goods and P&A inventories 
  • Examine inventory data, identify errors quickly and efficiently
  • Problem solve issues directly related to inventory by performing root cause analysis whether issues are caused by process error, human error, or electronic flaw and take corrective actions to prevent situations detrimental to inventory accuracy
  • Maintain inventory integrity with visibility, accuracy, and ongoing maintenance of inventory records by designing, testing and implementing inventory controls and systems.
 At month end: Accounting
  • Prepare and close all month end transactions for Vehicle and Parts & Accessories (P&A)
  • Reconciliation all inventory accounts (P&A, vehicles, inventory in transit, etc.)
  • Booking all transactions for month end inventory Reconciliation all inventory accounts
  • Perform inventory analysis: Inventory movement
  • Analyze valuation over inventory (LCM/NRV)
  • Analyze slow moving, obsolete inventory
 At year end
  • Participate in cycle counts, annual physical inventory for P&Aand Vehicles, process and document controland propose ideas for continuous improvement teams 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor Or Associate Degree  
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Accounting.
  • Experience in external audit required..
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus.
  • Good understanding of Inventory and Cost Accounting
  • Good level of analytical skill – able to independently analyze problems
  • Powerful user of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Comfortable with Word.
  • Ability and willingness to learn SAP financial modules and GM Product Cost systems. Familiarity with SAP is a plus

  • IPK min. 3.00 (skala 4.00)
  • Diutamakan memiliki skor TOEFL minimal 500
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan
  • Mampu mengoperasikan komputer, minimal MS Office
  • Belum pernah menikah dan bersedia tidak menikah selama 2 tahun
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia
  • Bersedia menjalani ikatan dinas selama 5 tahun
  • Tidak memiliki hubungan keluarga dengan pegawai Bank BTN (ayah/ibu/anak/ adik/kakak)
2. TATA CARA PENDAFTARAN :
  • Melakukan registrasi secara Online pada website Bank BTN (- Karir – Registrasi Online - )
  • Pelamar wajib mengisi dan menyampaikan seluruh data dan informasi yang diminta pada saat pengisian data registrasi. Kecuali untuk foto tidak perlu di-upload.
  • Registrasi Online sampai dengan tanggal 22 Februari 2013 pukul 18.00 WIB
3. INFORMASI LAIN :
  • Hanya calon/pelamar dengan kualifikasi terbaik yang akan dipanggil dan akan diikutsertakan dalam proses tahapan seleksi selanjutnya.
  • Proses seleksi menggunakan SISTEM GUGUR, dan apabila pelamar tidak dapat menunjukkan dokumen-dokumen atau data pendukung yang diminta oleh PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk., maka secara otomatis peserta tersebut akan dikeluarkan dari proses penerimaan calon pegawai.
